Who can access our services
Medical imaging services are available at our three hospital centres to anyone aged 18 years and older with a medical referral. However, not all services are available at all hospitals.

- Tomography scanner (CT-Scan)
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
How to access our services
Our services are available by appointment. A medical referral is required.
Make sure that the following information is included on your request:
- The referring physician’s signature
- Your first name, last name, and complete address
- Your daytime telephone number
- Your health insurance card number and expiration date
- Your hospital file or hospital card number
- Previous images and reports (optional)
Other information:
- If you are pregnant or believe you may be, let your physician know right away. Some types of exams are not recommended during pregnancy.
- If you have diabetes, please mention it when making your appointment.
For an appointment at the Lakeshore General Hospital
You must send in the following important information.
We will call you to tell you the date and exact location of your appointment. We will also tell you what you must do to prepare.
