Out-Patient Care (medical clinics, family medicine groups, and clinics located in hospital centres);
Mental health units and mental health Emergency Departments;
Rehabilitation.

Test Centre
Do not forget to bring:
- Your doctor's test request (please print it if you received it in electronic format)
- Your health insurance card
Ask your doctor if you have to fast or stop taking your medication prior to the test.
