Do you have an appointment?
Upon arrival at CLSC de Pierrefonds:
- Use the barcode reader on the kiosk to scan the barcode on your health insurance card (RAMQ).
- Validate your personal information and confirm your appointment.
- The kiosk will print a ticket with a number on it.
- Take the ticket and go to the waiting room. You will be redirected to the reception desk if the information on file needs to be updated.
- The healthcare professional will call the number on the ticket.
Don’t have an appointment or a health insurance card?

What should I do if my personal information is not up to date?
Flag it by selecting the corresponding button on the screen. Then go to the waiting room with the printed ticket issued by the kiosk. When your number is called, go to the specified location to have your information updated.
Are the kiosks available in English and in French?
Yes. You can select the language of your choice on the screen.
Are the kiosks safe to use?
Yes. There is a film on the kiosk screen to protect your personal information from other visitors. Keeping your personal information secure is of the utmost importance to us. Lastly, we ask that all users sanitize their hands before touching the kiosk. The screen is also disinfected regularly.
