Survey to measure the satisfaction of users and their loved ones

Since January 2024, the CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal has progressively been rolling out a survey program across all sectors to assess the experiences and satisfaction of users and their loved ones. Our guiding priority is to better understand your reality so that we can better meet your needs.

What does the survey involve?

After receiving health care or social services, users or their loved ones will be asked to complete a survey. The survey’s eleven questions measure global and specific aspects of the experience had by the users and their loved ones. The questions were developed in collaboration with patients, the Centre of Excellence on Partnership with Patients and the Public, as well as members of the four institutions who took part in a pilot project.
