Mpox (monkeypox) Vaccination

Services

Mpox (monkeypox) is a virus that spreads through close or prolonged contact (skin-to-skin), especially during sexual or intimate contact.

Mpox usually causes lesions (e.g., rash, sores) on or around the mouth, genitals and anus.  Lesions can also develop on other parts of the body.

The mpox vaccine reduces or prevents symptoms.

To be fully protected, 2 doses are required.
