CARE Projet Grants
Provides financial support over a period of two years for projects related to the development of clinical research and health services at St. Mary's Hospital Centre. The CARE Project Grants is an ideal opportunity for members of the SMH community who would like to conduct research to get a first-hand experience as principal investigator, with the collaboration of an experienced researcher, and with access to support from the SMRC team.
CARE Career Development Fund
Provides financial support over a period of three years to support the recruitment and retention of exceptional clinician-scientists contributing to the academic mission of St. Mary's Hospital Centre. The fund offers salary support or start-up funding that must be matched by funding from the recruiting department or division at McGill. This award is intended for clinicians within their first two years of practice.
Oncology Career Development Award
Provides funding to support the initial phase of career development for specialists in oncology with a confirmed position at St. Mary's Hospital Centre. The focus of this award is to enhance research productivity among newly recruited health professionals joining St. Mary’s. The award is accessible to new members of the St. Mary's Oncology Department within their first five years of practice.
