Register

Please have on hand:

• Your license plate number(s) (if you are using your registration certificate, leave out the dash and the last number)
• A void cheque or your credit card. (Physicians, partners, residents and clerks)

Step 1: Click on “Créer un compte” 

Step 2: Enter your email address and create a password (minimum 8 characters), then click on “Continuer”. Save your password as you will need it to access the platform should you  want to make any changes in the future.

Step 3: For security purposes, please validate your identity by going to the validation email that was sent to you and clicking on the link in blue.

If you have not received a validation email, check your Junk folder and click on “Envoyer à nouveau les instructions” to have the validation email resent..

Step 4: Click on “Continuer” and you will be redirected to the sign in page.

Step 1: Enter your email address and the password you used to create your account, then click on “Continuer”.

Step 2: Enter your personal contact details, then click on “Mettre à jour”.

Step 1: Select the organization and user category you belong to.

Step 2: Select the parking permit you want by choosing the date on which you want your permit to begin “Je souhaite m’abonner à partir du”. Read the terms and conditions and check the boxes to accept, then click on “Sélectionner ce service”.

Step 3: Click on “Ajoutez un véhicule”, enter the information needed to register your vehicle (year, make, model, coulour and license plate number) and click on “Enregistrer mon véhicule”*.

Then, click on “Continuer à l’étape suivante”.

*You can register up to 2 vehicles. You are responsible for updating and keeping the information in your account up to date.à

Step 4: Fill out the section “Informations additionnelles” and click on “Mettre à jour”.

Step 5: Validate the information required for your parking permit and click on “Transmettre ma demande”..

Step 6 (Physicians, residents/clerks, medical interns and partners):

Select your payment method and accept the terms and conditions by checking each of the boxes. Provide your payment details based on the chosen payment method.  Submit your request by clicking on “Soumettre” (credit card) or “Ajouter” (bank account).

Step 1: Select “ MON ABONNEMENT” from the menu on the left and click on “Transmettre une demande d’annulation”.

Step 2:  Select the service you wish to cancel and the cancelation date. Send your cancelation request by clicking on “Envoyer la demande d’annulation”.

Step 1: Click on “ PARAMÈTRES” and select “Mes véhicules”.

To make changes or update a vehicle, click on your vehicle. You will then be able to edit “  éditer” or remove “ supprimer” a vehicle.

To register another vehicle, click on “  ”, enter the required information (year, mark, model, colour, license plate number) and click on “Continuer”.
