- Provide quotes from Executive Management for press releases published by the foundations relating to CIUSSS ODIM projects;
- Send positive media initiatives to the foundations concerned to use in their communication tools;
- During crises, send organizational key messages to the foundations concerned;
- Provide official logos.
If the CIUSSS, a foundation or the Ministry of Health and Social Services are partnering on a major project, media relations must be carried out in collaboration with the CIUSSS CPRLAD. Requests for interviews or filming in any CIUSSS facility MUST first be approved by the CPRLAD in an effort to prevent the foundation from encountering any issues it may be unaware of.
