Residents of the Maison alternative Dorval are gearing up to celebrate their first holiday season in their new accommodations, and they are already getting into the holiday spirit!

Over the past few days, some of the residents have been taking part in the “Lights of the World” activity at the Peter B. Yeomans Cultural Centre. Scheduled to run from November 29 to January 12, this initiative encourages Dorval residents and students to participate in a collective work of art. Headed by artist Madeleine Turgeon, the project involves creating a glittering tree decorated with hundreds of colourful balls. The hand-crafted, mixed media ornaments each represent a different culture, tradition or story.

Let’s wish the Maison alternative Dorval community a wonderful holiday season filled with joy and special get-togethers!
