The Management Succession Program is Underway!
Following the September 18 application deadline, 50 candidates were selected to take part in the Management Succession Program. Participants will spend one or two days per month in training and co-development sessions. There will also be readings on management, implementation of new skills, and mentoring throughout the program.
The course Le professionnel en situation de gestion, given by HEC Montréal, started on November 28. The co-development sessions, led by Formations Qualitemps, started on December 8.
