Survey to measure the satisfaction of users and their loved ones

The CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal is progressively rolling out a long-term survey program to assess the experiences and satisfaction of users and their loved ones. The process, launched in January 2024, is being carried out by the Quality, Assessment, Performance and Ethics Directorate in collaboration with Sylvie Lambert, RN, PhD, of St. Mary’s Research Centre. It will allow our CIUSSS to collect useful data that will allow us to pinpoint initiatives to improve the quality of our care and social services.

After receiving health care or social services, the users or their loved ones will be asked to complete a survey. The survey’s questions measure global and specific aspects of the experience the users and loved ones had.
