It’s that time of year again and the CIUSSS’ Sustainable Development Committee would like to remind you that honey and honey-based products, made with the harvest from our very own beehives, are for sale in the following five cafeterias: Ste. Anne’s Hospital, the Lakeshore General Hospital, Hôpital de LaSalle, the Douglas Mental Health University Institute and St. Mary’s Hospital Centre.
This holiday season, get eco-friendly gifts for friends and family at unbeatable prices! All proceeds from the sale of these products go to our Green Fund to ensure the future of beekeeping at our CIUSSS.
Activity held on December 12 at St. Mary’s Hospital Centre
The annual honey sale, held on December 12 at the St. Mary’s Hospital Centre cafeteria, was a huge success again this year and thank you to all participants. Those who came by had a chance to learn more about the hives and the bee colonies at our CIUSSS.
