The Musculoskeletal Clinic at the CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, in collaboration with the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) and the Institut de la Pertinence des Actes Médicaux (IPAM), now provides various outpatient rehabilitation services for patients with musculoskeletal disorders (MSD).
The clinic offers:
- An initial evaluation by a physiotherapist and a choice of approach.
- A treatment plan developed in collaboration with the patient.
- Short-term follow-ups.
- Recommendations on recovery.
- Referrals to services within the CIUSSS or in the community.
