The Knowledge Transfer & Innovation Department of our CIUSSS invites you to a webinar on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) that will take place on March 21 at noon. How can we integrate our institution’s the new EDI policy into our practices? How can we work more closely with the community?
Diversifying our experiences allows us to share a breadth of knowledge, practices and experiences, which contribute to improving the performance of our work teams and our organization. Diversifying our experiences also promotes better internal team cohesion and increased information sharing, which translates into improved performance.
