The Lakeshore General Hospital recently hired a specialized nurse practitioner (SNP) to help reduce wait times in the ER. Stéphanie Tobiasz helps to accelerate treatment for less urgent cases, and her presence has made a notable difference, both for the patients and for physicians. A team from TVA Nouvelles came to prepare a report on this new approach, which was broadcast on January 25.
