Our President and CEO, Dan Gabay, visited the staff of the Centre d’hébergement Denis-Benjamin Viger on April 26. He was joined by Mr. Jean-Philippe Ferland, Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs, Ms. Isabelle Caron, Director of Support for Elderly Autonomy Program—Long-Term Care, and Ms. Rose Gladys Alcidas, Site Manager.

A range of topics were discussed during the visit, including the importance of professional practice development for all and the key role that a manager plays in personnel retention and recruitment initiatives. Congratulations to Ms. Alcidas, who has shown a good deal of creativity in her initiatives to address staffing needs.

During his visit, Mr. Gabay even got to watch a show by Elvis Presley!
