A variety of respiratory viruses are currently circulating, causing a significant number of hospitalizations. A strategy to quickly detect COVID-19 and flu viruses has been developed to protect vulnerable individuals who are eligible for treatments for these infections.
Testing for COVID-19 and the flu at local points of service within our territory allows us to quickly and correctly identify the virus in question and direct eligible individuals to appropriate treatment.
