The ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable informs us that Highway 40, including the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge, will be completely closed between Avenue Saint-Charles and Boulevard des Anciens-Combattants from 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 1 to 5 a.m. on Monday, November 4.
In the westbound direction, access to Chemin de Senneville will be maintained. In addition, the ramp heading east from A-40 towards the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge will be closed at the A-30 interchange in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Users are urged to use A-20 or A-30 instead.
To facilitate traffic flow, tolls will be suspended in both directions on A-30 over the weekend.
