  2. Identify the key elements to ensure the success of a PROMs program.
  3. Be aware of initiatives to implement PROMs in oncology that are currently underway in Québec.
  4. Identify how implementation science can help overcome common barriers in clinical practice.

Description

Presentation of research findings: Cancer treatment can sometimes have side effects that aren’t sufficiently known or treated. One way to address these is to have all patients regularly complete standardized questionnaires about their side effects. These questionnaires are commonly referred to as Patient-Reported Outcome Measures or PROMs.The presentation will look at the e-IMPAQc project, which aims to roll out PROMs across Québec.

This webinar will be presented by SYLVIE LAMBERT, associate professor at the Ingram School of Nursing at McGill University and a researcher at St. Mary’s Research Centre.
