On Thursday, November 21, the Montréal West Island IUHSSC was awarded the Prix d’excellence de l’Institut d’administration publique de Québec (IAPQ) Health and Social Services prize for its implementation of the Resident Assessment Instrument for Mental Health (RAI-MH) at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute.
The RAI-MH system makes it possible to both standardize clinical assessments and to plan care for our mental healthcare users. It also serves as an indicator of the performance and quality of our services and facilities by centralizing the information in a database. It is a very good tool for evaluating the mental and physical health of our mental healthcare users.
Congratulations to the award recipients and their teams!
