Ms. Katherine Moxness
Ms. Katherine Moxness has a doctorate in psychology. She was appointed Executive Director of the West Montreal Readaptation Centre (WMRC) in 2013. Over the years, she has also held positions as director of professional services and of quality in rehabilitation centres. She has published many papers on pervasive developmental disorder, intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder.

Ms. Marie-France Brizard
With a master's in organizational management and development, Ms. Marie-France Brizard has 15 years of experience as a manager in obstetrics and gynecology. In 2006, she began working as a manager in the Maternal-Child Care Program at St. Mary's Hospital Center, where she helped her team achieve Baby-Friendly Hospital Status. From 2000 to 2014, Ms. Brizard was a standardized patient instructor with the Office of the Vice-Dean of Education and Continuing Professional Development at Université Laval.

Ms. Beverley Robinson
Ms. Beverley Robinson holds a bachelor’s and master's degree in social work, as well as a certificate in occupational health and safety. For 26 years, she worked at Batshaw Youth and Family Centres where she was, until very recently, Director of Residential and Readaptation Services. She also occupied the position of Coordinator of Violence Prevention Services for 10 years.
