Director of the Support for Elderly Autonomy Program
Mr. Patrick Murphy-Lavallée
Until very recently, Mr. Patrick Murphy-Lavallée held the position of Director of Programs and Services at the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de Montréal, where he in particular was responsible for the Support for Elderly Autonomy Program. Mr. Murphy-Lavallée also served as Director General at the Constance-Lethbridge Rehabilitation Centre and Director of the Program and Services for Persons in Loss of Autonomy at the CSSS du Sud-Ouest-Verdun. He holds a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy as well as a master’s in community health administration and wellness.

Ms. Marie-France Bodet
Marie-France graduated with a master’s in Psychology, and a master's in Administration in Organizational Management and Development from Laval University. She held the position of Managing Director at the Grace Dart Extended Care Centre for five years before the creation of the Montréal West Island IUHSSC. Until recently, she served as Associate Director of Human Resources at the Montréal West Island IUHSSC. Marie-France is recognized for her strategic vision, client-centred approach, and leadership, not to mention her communications skills.
Associate Director of Local Services, Continuum and Adapted Approach
Ms. Lydia Ingenito
With a bachelor's in psychosociology and communication and a master's in public administration, Ms. Lydia Ingenito has worked with adult clients experiencing loss of autonomy for 25 years, over 10 of which were as a senior manager. In 2011, she became Associate Director of the Support for Elderly Autonomy Program for the Programs and Services Directorate at the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de Montréal. Prior to that, Ms. Ingenito was the Director of the Program for Seniors and People with Loss of Autonomy at the CSSS Pierre-De Saurel.
