Director of Nursing 

Ms. Beverley-Tracey John 

Ms. Beverley-Tracey John has held the position of Associate Director of Access to Alternative Services to Hospitalization in the Nursing Directorate since May 27, 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a degree in Organizational Management, and a Master of Business Administration. In 2000, she received recognition from Golden Key National Honour Society for her academic excellence. Moreover, she received a bursary from the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec in 2001. Ms. John began her career at St. Mary’s Hospital Center as a nurse technician, and later as a clinical nurse. Over the years, she continued to climb up the ladder by obtaining the position of Head of Program Administration for the SEA-PD Directorate at the Lakeshore General Hospital. She later held the position of Coordinator of hospitalizations and admissions, as well as Emergency Services and STU Coordinator.

Ms. Manon Allard - Associate Director

Ms. Manon Allard

Ms. Manon Allard holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Montréal. She has more than fifteen years of experience as a manager in various organizations of the health and social services network. She has been a manager at the St. Mary’s Hospital Centre since 2002 in the cancer and geriatric departments. As part of her functions, she has namely implemented the “Programme 68” and the two-day treatment in the Cancer Centre.

 

Associate Director—Development, Practice Monitoring, and Access to Alternative Services to Hospitalization

Mr. Dany Châteauvert

Mr. Châteauvert, a nurse by profession, has been Coordinator for Service Access Processes with the Professional Services Directorate since April 2018, and holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Health Administration. Since 1998, Mr. Châteauvert has worked in a number of capacities within the health and social services network, and has occupied managerial functions for the past 13 years. He is known for his analytical approach, his experience in change management, and staff mobilization in optimization and reorganization contexts.
