Sarah-Beth Trudeau - Service Quality and Complaints Commissioner

Ms. Sarah-Beth Trudeau 

Member of the Barreau du Québec and holder of a Master’s degree in Law and Health Policies, Ms. Trudeau has worked since 2011 as the Local Commissioner of Complaints and Quality for St. Mary’s Hospital Center and then for the Montréal West Island IUHSSC. Prior to joining our organization, Ms. Trudeau worked as a legal counsellor and accredited mediator for a non-profit organization promoting the rights of users of the Health and Social Services network and she also worked as a lawyer in medical liability, hospital, dental and psychiatric forensics for a law firm. During her career, she has been part of important working groups, among others, with the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de Montréal, the Barreau du Québec and the Ministry of Health and Social Services. She has also acted as the interim Chair of the Regroupement des Commissaires aux plaintes et à la qualité du Québec and vice-president of the executive committee of the Health Law section for the Québec division of the Canadian Bar Association.

Ms. Dalia Toledano completed a graduate level microprogram in organizational management and development, and in the continuous performance improvement “Lean Management” program. With almost 10 years of managerial experience, mainly in CLSC, she was the Interim Assistant Director of Local and Residential Care Services at the West Island HSSC since 2014.
