Take the Quit to Win! Challenge

The 19th Quit to Win! Challenge will take place from February 5 to March 18, 2018. The Montréal West Island Integrated University Health and Social Services Centre encourages citizens who smoke and are ready to quit smoking to take the Quit to Win! Challenge.

It has been demonstrated that to quit smoking for a determined period provides a huge advantage for quitting in the long term. By not smoking for six weeks, your chances of quitting for good will increase sixfold!

More than 450 000 participants have taken the challenge since its first edition in 2000, and statistics show that two out of three participants have successfully met the Challenge!

Smokers who want to take the challenge must register by February 5, 2018 at www.jarrete.qc.ca
