Nutrition (0-12 years)


Nutritional assessment of the child, and short follow-up on various issues to reduce nutritional deficiencies that may compromise the child’s health and overall development. Parents also receive advice on the basics of nutrition and what constitutes an appropriate diet for babies and children, including recommended healthy eating habits for the whole family.

Workshop on the introduction of complementary foods (0–6 months)

The workshop covers themes such as the introduction of complementary foods to the child’s diet and feeding practices sensitive to the child’s needs. No registration required.

Manger intelligemment avec mouvement (MIAM) is a program promoting healthy eating habits among children aged 9 to 12 years and their parents.

It’s no secret that healthy eating habits are essential. MIAM aims to help overweight children and their parents make healthy choices, and to contribute to the improvement of their health.
