Do you have a question to ask?

To do so…

During Board meetings, time is allocated for a public question-and-answer period for citizens wanting to obtain information about the organization and the care and services it offers.

These questions can be asked by:

  • Members of the public
  • Unions
  • Employees 
  • Any other group of people.

Questions must be submitted at least 24 hours before public Board meetings to ensure the organization can provide a complete and detailed response. 

Questions can also be asked on site. Anyone wishing to do so should register before 9:30 am in person or by email, and provide the following information. The Public Question Period will take place as of 10 a.m.

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Name of the organization being represented, where applicable
  • The subject of the question

As per the procedures set out in the Règlement sur la régie interne du conseil d’administration d’un établissement du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (available in French only), the president may choose to reply to the question on the spot or may designate someone to respond.

If the question requires research or if no answer can be provided immediately, the President can choose to take the matter under advisement and specify when an answer will be available. This answer may be given at a later meeting or at some other time.
